The Hannah – Snowflake border crossing is one of the least used ports of entry between the US and Canada. Based on data from the Bureau of Transportation Statistics, an average of 100 cars and less than ten trucks pass through it each month.

The US Border Office is open daily from 9 am to 5 am. The Canadian Border Office are open to travelers daily from 9 am to 10 pm. Commercial vehicles, however, are only allowed to pass through the border crossing into Canada on weekdays from 9 am to 5 pm, except for holidays.

The US port of entry is on Cavalier County Road 13, also called 91st Avenue Northeast. To reach the Canadian port of entry, just drive south on Provincial Road 242 which starts at Lynch Point.
